The entire 16th floor is yours. Take the elevator up into your own private penthouse residence. This incredible penthouse palace feels like you are suspended in mid-air, with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides of the main room and in every single bedroom. Enjoy the 360 degree wrap-around views from your gigantic 3795 square foot living area.

Two private balconies, one overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the other overlooking Little Lagoon.  Evenings will be a blast with your own pool table, wet bar, and multiple seating areas to spread out and relax. All with mesmerizing views!

This place was designed for entertainment! Brand new flat panel TV’s in every room.  70″ TV in the main salon. SONOS wireless speaker system which streams music from your own collection or services like Spotify or Pandora. Play pool while overlooking the gulf! Wet bar with under-counter ice maker and wine cooler in the main salon.

We provide: We also provide 4 folding beach chairs, a rolling beach cart and a rolling cooler, plus 10 beach towels.

The Gourmet kitchen has everything you need for preparing vacation fare and entertaining.  Our kitchen is outfitted with the very best of everything and has two center islands, one with bar stool seating.

There is private dock on the lagoon for your boat or jet skis, or to use our kayak. Also nice for evening fishing, crabbing or just sitting around enjoying your favorite adult beverages.  A charcoal grilling area is nearby and a fish cleaning station is on the dock.

On the ground floor an Indoor pool and jacuzzi tub is available for our guests. There is also an Outdoor pool and deck overlooking the lagoon. In addition we have a small fitness room located near the indoor pool and jacuzzi tub.

Our guests enjoy a Private beach access directly across the street leading to the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores. Our stretch of beach is amazingly clean and there is never a fight for space!
