The expansive courtyard and landscaping—with a beautiful fountain and crepe myrtle—were all professionally designed with serenity in mind. You can enjoy the courtyard by lounging in it or viewing the exquisiteness of it from the second-floor balcony.

The living room, features a 100-inch automatic roller screen, Apple TV, Bluetooth Capabilty and surround sound for an entertaining evening with your favorite shows or tunes. If you’re hungry, whip up a creation in the large, open kitchen with top-grade appliances and plenty of space to prep. Serve meals right there at the three-person bar and the nearby dining table, or take your meals outdoors and enjoy on the patio.

The bedrooms are also minimalist but comfortable. On the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, and access to the patio. The master bedroom on the second floor gives you access to the second-floor balcony, and has a king bed, and a double vanity in the en suite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.

Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom with four twin beds, private bathroom, and balcony offering beautiful views of East Long Green Park.  If you have additional guests, the queen sleeper sofa provides more sleeping space for them.
